The one thing I’m always amazed at is where kids with down-syndrome can put their feet! 😀 They bend in all ways, don’t they? (Is that a correct English sentence? :D)

Em does the SAME face when she’s tired, only she actually “sucks” on her tongue while it is just past her lips! She doesn’t do the tongue thrust thing, but she has always done this when she’s tired or snuggling!
