I started off so well for Get It Down. I fell off the wagon over the weekend and I’m having a hard time keeping it up. I will not give up though. I need to upload some pictures to have some other things to talk about–like knitting (because this is supposed to be a knitting blog).
Today was Liam’s 10 month check up. 20 pounds, 4 ounces and 28 inches long. We got the suggestion to try Miralax to help with his constipation. I’ve never mentioned that he’s been struggling with that recently. It’s a new development, but everything else we’ve tried (prunes, pears, peaches, prune juice, apple juice, Karo syrup, and suppositories) haven’t worked very well. Hopefully, he’s just backed up and the Miralax will clear things out and he’ll be back to normal. We go for some routine bloodwork tomorrow (anemia and lead screenings), both of which are recommended for all their patients not just the 47 chromosomers. He had a flu shot. And, we discussed private therapy. All in all, a good appointment.
Until he decided he wanted the ink pens on the receptionist’s counter and picked up the whole container and threw them all over the place. Oh wait, he tried to pull the stethoscope out of the nurse’s ears too. That’s my boy, becoming more and more like my side of the family every day.

Sounds like a good appt. – I like that Liam has spunk! ๐ Miralax does wonders for Delphine! I hope it helps Liam also.
