Doug is on vacation next week.  I am looking forward to it so much.  It is so nice to have another set of hands to help out with the kids.  It's also nice for those moments when I want to run and hide that I actually can and no one will be neglected.  Liam asks for Daddy approximately forty trillion and one times a day, and I always tell him that Daddy's at work, Daddy's not home yet, Daddy will be here tonight, blah, blah, blah.  Today I got to tell him that when Daddy gets home tonight, we'll have Daddy on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.  Party time!

Liam is also asking for "Tywoh".  That's translated as Tyler, his cousin.  They had such a wonderful time playing together last weekend.  So I keep telling him that we'll see Tyler next week and that they can play together then.  It also breaks my heart just a little.  Liam so desperately needs a friend his age that he can play with on a regular basis.  Tracy, move up here will ya?

There's also a big milestone getting ready to happen within the next few weeks.  Someone has a new quilt, a new pillow, new curtains, and new sheets.  Someone is getting a new coat of paint on the walls this weekend.  Someone will be getting an Elmo poster on the wall and a new toybox.  I'll be sure to take pictures of the guest room to big boy bedroom transformation as it happens.
