Grape Muffins

February 26, 2009 By Mindy

Over in one of the Ravelry groups I belong to, we're doing a Bake-Along.  A new recipe is posted everyday, and you bake it.  I couldn't do today's posting since we're out of beer (beer bread was the recipe), so I did yesterday's recipe, Grape Muffins.

Muffins are just about the easiest thing to make ever.  Every muffin recipe I've ever done requires no special equipment besides the muffin pan.  You just need a bowl and a spoon.  When I pulled these out of the oven, they smelled like grape jelly.  Liam likes them.  I like them.  Yum!

Yum, is right. I never would’ve tried grapes in muffins. I don’t know why exactly. Maybe because I consider them a cold fruit? But I’m definitely gonna give this one a shot. Thanks!!

Sounds really good. I don’t think I would have ever thought of using grapes. I have used many other fruits, but grapes sound really good.

I’ll have to try these. I’ve never heard of Grape Muffins. Interesting combo.
