Sorry for my missed Wednesday post. I was busy and extremely cranky on Wednesday. My post probably wouldn’t have been very nice. I’m so tired. Tomorrow I’m going to sleep, sleep, sleep. Actually probably not. I have to get my car e-checked before I can renew my registration. I hate the e-check thing. It’s pointless. But I’m a law-abiding citizen so I guess I have to do it.

I tried to get my film developed on Wednesday. It was part of the reason for my extreme crankiness. I went to the grocery store and stopped first thing at the film counter. There were 2 employees just sitting back there and there was a sign on the counter that said “On a break. Be back at 6:50.” It was 6. A 50 minute break? Are you kidding me? So then I marched over to the produce section where my husband was trying to find some bananas worth buying. The produce section was rotten (literally). So then I announced in a big loud voice, “I’m not shopping here again. The service and selection sucks. Screw the discount card!” I got some strange looks and then I continued on…”I’m going to Jungle Jim’s next time. I’m not shopping here until they get their problems straightened out.” By the way, when I’m upset, my voice gets really loud and I get very rude. My mother would smack my mouth if she heard the way I talked when I’m in that kind of mood. Don’t even get me started about the time I yelled at an entire emergency room full of not sick people. It probably didn’t help that I had dropped 10 pounds in 2 days and had a fever of 103. I just wanted to see a doctor so that I might feel better. Anyways….I’m really a very nice person. So I’m done with Kroger’s. And I still don’t have my film developed to show you my WIPs.

I’m binding off the border for the cat bed tonight. Finally! Woohoo!! I just have to sew the border to the actual bed and it’s ready for Roxie to completely ignore. I haven’t made any more progress on the poncho. Once the bed is off the needles, it’s time to boogie down with the poncho.
