We're skipping PT tomorrow. I called and canceled it yesterday. We're going to the zoo instead. Yesterday, Liam and I watched videos from the zoo and talked about otters and monkeys and elephants.
We missed PT two weeks ago because his PT was at a conference. You know what though? I don't really care too much that he's missing it. Sometimes it's more important to do fun things with the family. Tracy, Shane and Tyler are coming to visit this weekend. They'll be here tonight, and we're all going to the zoo tomorrow. Doug took the day off so it will be a fun 'extra Daddy' day. Liam much prefers the company of Doug than me. So much so that he'll throw a fit if he has to be with me when Doug is home.
Days off are good.
And my kids prefer their daddy too. Maybe we should just leave ’em all home and go out for cocktails. 🙂
