I got a happy, happy e-mail yesterday from Scout. Seems like someone didn’t pay for their spot in her Indie Swag Club II. The next spot was mine. Sweet yarny goodness!
I haven’t knit a stitch for several days. It’s been one of those weeks where everything has been a blur and before I know it, it’s 11pm and time for bed. I’m hoping to have something finished. Soon.

Lucky duck! And I wanted to tell you that I just finished my swallowtail shawl not long ago. I also dropped a couple of stitches when a friends dog jumped in my lap. It’s not perfect but close enough, and I didn’t have a lifeline! If you do need to go back a redo those nups I suggest instead of doing the p5tog, do a slip 3 then k2tog then pass the slipped stiches over. It looks the same and is so much easier. I found out about that little trick when I was almost done with the darn little things. I have a finished pic on my blog.

Well Yay!!!! You will have to bring in the new yarns you get so that we all can see and pet them. ๐

Cool! (BTW, I love the service from the Loopy Ewe, too! Great customer service is so rare these days that I really like to frequent those that go above and beyond!)
I think a lot of us are experiencing knitting ennui lately.

I was pointed here because someone visited my site and saw that I had a son with DS. I will return when I have more time to read, but really enjoyed what I saw! Bless you.
