It's been awhile, huh? Maybe it's the unrelenting heat, but my desire to blog is pretty much at zero. I'm trying to get it back. I figure there's no better way to get back in the habit than to just do it, right?
From Ginny:
~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? Take a photo and share it either on your blog or on Flickr. Leave a link below to share your photo with the rest of us! ~
I'm currently reading The Postmistress by Sarah Blake. It's a novel set in the time just before the United States became involved in World War II. Europe is in full-fledged war, but the residents of a small town on the Massachusetts cape are watching and hoping that the war stays in Europe.
This book is beautifully written, but it's slow-going so far. It's definitely not the kind of book that I can finish in one day.
The project is a new design. The yarn is Madeline Tosh Pashmina, which I adore. I love using it. Even ripping out is a joy which is a good thing since I've ripped this project completely out once already.
